Jogging in the night!
I ran the track pretty good last night. I ran that first 400 without slowing all the way around. I couldn't believe it..haven't been able to do that in a long time. I had a pretty good time despite my dogs being bad and my daughter running around like she was crazy. I enjoy taking her because I want her to know how to take care of her body. I preach to them all the time telling them their body is everything and do as much to take care of themselves. Never, mistreat your body because it will come back to get you. I know how that felt and I didn't like it. I feel so much better this year. In fact, it's safe to say I feel great and I'm so energized since I've been taking my vitamins, eating fiber pills, and sticking to my presribed diet. I'm confident I will be able to meet my goal of 25lbs by June 30th. This weekend, we have Dodgeball as a family on Saturday and Kickball on Sunday. I'm having a great time.
