Wow, this week I've decided to an hour long lunch so I could play raquetball on my lunch. It was fun and I loved it. Before I could get out the door my husband wanted to come and play. Instead, I decided to take him with me after work. We had a great time, and I accomplished my 10,000 step goal. I made it over. I reached at least 12,800 steps got on the scale and realized that I lost 2lbs in one day. Of course, I did perform a body wrap on myself.
This weekend will be busy for me since I have dodgeball and kickball this weekend. I'm just trying to prepare myself for this busy weekend. I'm thinking of going bowling if I can find the strength.
