When I'm lacking energy usually around certain time of the month. The one thing I can do is take Vitamin B12 along with my regular vitamins. Whenever I have sports to play I take two vitamin B12 tabletes to help increase my energy levels. It's been difficult for me since I was a child because of all the vitamin deficiencies I had from being premature at birth. Many times we were hungry ass kids due to poverty. One of the most important vitamins I learned about was B12 supplied energy. Whenever, I'm not feeling at my best this is the vitamin I take to increase my energy during and after exercise. Also, vitamin B12 increases your cell production to help you fight diseases. Furthermore, you can't take too much of it to cause any kind of toxicity. Wow! so when you are feeling down it's great to simply purchase the pure Vitamin B12 in pill form found at most grocery stores, pharmacies, GNC, and other nutritional stores. You can purchase vitamin B12 in either pill form or you can purchase the liquid form which will process right into your blood stream faster. The vitamin is very low cost so why not increase your energy?
