Urantia Paper 5
Paper 5
5:1.10 The Father is not in spiritual hiding, but so many of his creatures have hidden themselves away in the mists of their own willful decisions and for the time being have separated themselves from the communion of his spirit and the spirit of his Son by the choosing of their own perverse ways and by the indulgence of the self-assertiveness of their intolerant minds and unspiritual natures.
5:1.11 Mortal man may draw near God and may repeatedly forsake the divine will so long as the power of choice remains. Man’s final doom is not sealed until he has lost the power to choose the Father’s will. There is never a closure of the Father’s heart to the need and the petition of his children. Only do his offspring close their hearts forever to the Father’s drawing power when they finally and forever lose the desire to do his divine will – to know him and to be like him. Likewise is man’s eternal destiny assured when Adjuster fusion proclaims to the universe that such an ascender has made the final and irrevocable choice to live the Father’s will.

SEEK AND YOU SHALL FIND!
As I search for understanding about the Divine Presence I ask for his guidance to help me find what it is I should know and understand. In my search I’ve come across so much knowledge and information due to the access of the internet. I’m so grateful for this technology and all that has been placed at fingertips. In my search for knowledge and wisdom, I’ve come across the most valuable information on various different bibles. While in college I took a course on all the religions of the world. Even as a child, I was always interested in the old and I remember always saying I wanted to be an archealogist but life’s trials and tribulations as well as my own choices put me on a different path. But never did I give up my search for truth and knowledge. There are periods during each year where all I can do and think about is further knowledge. During that time of year, I do nothing but read and research various languages, biblical prophecies, and various beliefs. As Jesus said, “Ask and is given unto you, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened unto you.” After all my searching and digging I’ve come across one of the most intriguing book, THE URANTIA- I love this book. You will have to read and re-read this powerful book. I believe God lead me in this direction and although I’ve always searched and searched but certain things come to us only when we are ready to receive the information. If you are not ready, it doesn’t matter how much and how long you search the information will be staring you right in your face and yet you will miss the information. I believe the presence of GOD lead me to this book. You see, now is the time of the year I begin to search and learn more. Yesterday, as I was searching and researching some things I said silently said to myself “Divine Presence of God where are you leading me? What is it you wish for me to see? Lead me in the direction you want me to go. “ then, later yesterday for some reason, I had forgotten about my search of certain old texts I meant to look into last year, but my mind and life situations lead me to forget about this list. Last year I wrote all the ancients biblical text names I was interested in reading. My goal was to read every last one of them. The list I wrote out is below. Prior to writing out this list I had already read the following books: The Torah, Koran, The Bible Code, Book of the Bee, The 12 Powers of Man, The 7th,8th, and 9th book of Moses, The Power of the Psalms, and The Apocrypha, The Power of Now, A New Earth, The Abundance Book, Yoga Sutras, Karma, 101 way to Happiness, Energy Tapping Solution, Yoga Sutras, The Feng Shui Woman, EFT Tapping for Abundance, Feng Shui and Money, Eat to Live, Living in the Moment, Spiritual Wealth Management, The Lost Sutras of Jesus, Codependence: The Dance of Wounded Souls, Being Happy, The 30 Day Attraction Experiment, The Secret, Harnessing the Magic of the Universe, The Power, The Shadow, Manifesting: The Secret behind the Law of Attraction, Total Chi-Fitness, 18 Rules of Happiness, Clutter free, Anger Management:21 Ways to Go From Mad to Glad And Find Peace In Your Life, Yoga for Emotional Balance, Raise Your Self Worth, Yoga Laffs, The Happiness Project, The Money Prayer Secret, Meta health-Decoding your body’s intelligence, One Good Deed A Day, The Gateless Gate: 49 Zen Koans, Daily Purification, Practical lessons in Yoga, The Zen Book, 5 min Chi Boost, Matrix Reimprinting, Attract Abundance Now with EFT, EFT for Highly Sensitive Temperaments, Using EFT to Release Anger, Heal Pain, Reduce Weight, Attract Abundance, Chakra Clearing, Energy EFT, The Essence of Reki, Instant Happy, Reprogram Your Subconscious, Living from the Heart, Jesus and the Secret, Thoughts are Things, Creative Flow-dreaming.
Last year, a neighbor of mine was evicted and all their things were thrown out. Where I lived at the time, everyone was poor all around, so they began to go through all my neighbor belongings after 24 hours. They were out there like they were in a garage sale. All of it took place right outside my window. Since, I worked nights I could barely sleep, when I stepped outdoors people had chairs and were laughing, drinking, and enjoying themselves as they went through all my neighbors’ belongings. These people had so much stuff people wondered, how on Earth it they had everything in only a two bedroom apartment. It filled one end of the breezeway to the other end of an extremely large breeze way. I finally stepped out and asked them could they keep the noise down. It started at 6:00 am it continued until 2pm. By the time I finally awoke for the day stuff was everywhere, I began to walk around and noticed they missed the most valuable item of all, which only an intellectual person would have noticed such a thing. Soon as I stepped out, I saw two large binders they were well taken care of and beautiful colors. I knew immediately, those books were worth a lot of money and were precious in knowledge. There were other powerful books, so I began gathering up the books, which were the most valuable things laying on the ground. All the books were un-touched, people walked and passed up all these rare books. They were all in excellent condition considering the outcome. The first book which was in two large binders actually turned out to be one very huge book. I looked it up and found the book could never be purchased again. The total cost of the book was $1200. So since, they are no longer sold they are worth even more. It was the rare volume of- MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT. This book contains everything you need to know from astrology, numerology, tarot, Feng-Shui, Herbs, Crystals, Friendship, The Spirits, Massage, Spiritual Health, and a whole lot more. Suddenly, at my fingertips I was holding one of the most powerful books that could ever be put together. I believed God lead my Direction. There were many other books I picked up from the ground and later that evening I researched to find the value of all the books I found that day. The total was well worth over $3000.00 if I sold them.
Again, my search had begun again towards knowledge and wisdom. There was one book I knew of but had not included it on my list for some reason. This year the book popped up in my head and I dismissed it and as I learned I could listen to audio books on You Tube I started searching around the name of the book surfaced twice in two days. Finally, something said wait look up this book, why are you not stopping to look into this book? The name of the book is The Urantia what a beautiful word. I knew nothing about this book but I knew I saw it before and meant to take a look at this book but became preoccupied. I knew of this book at 3 years earlier but it was not time for me to take a look. The year is now 2013.Finally after all my searching this one book may contain all that I’m searching for and fulfill my desire. I believed God has answered my prayers and has set me on this path. Unlike my other books, I can’t seem to find much about how it was written, but then again isn’t that the way most of our biblical books have been put together? You can never find the author of such books. The book is free and available on the internet in E-book, PDF, Audio, etc. You can go to the website www.urantia.org this knowledge must be shared to all those who wish to know the truth of the Divine Presence and of themselves.

Everything outside of us is a reflection of what is within-Dances of Wounded Souls
Everything outside of us is a reflection of what is within. My being overweight and obese is a reflection of what is on the inside of me. Pain, hurt, fear of so much. That I hurt myself. Trying to prevent what occurred in the past from happening again. Truth is I've done as much as I could do to see that it didnt happen again being hungry without food. That is why I overeat, I'm telling myself I'm saving food for when and if I get hungry again. I have to let it go.
Within You
Be an individual be your own person. Trust the heavenly divine that dwells in you. For yours is the kingdom of heaven and that is within you. God has provided all that you need in this life. Seek no help from others for they can't make you happy, fulfill your desires, your needs. Your wanting, seeking, and addictions are false. Seek that which is within you. Do not deny yourself rather, love, accept and forgive yourself. The most critical person to you is you. The voice that is within you is false And feeds on your emotions it fights to stay alive. Be alive open up to the presence of God. Open yourself to hear his voice, feel his presence, know your divine self. Seek your true being within yourself.
God created you as a very abundant person. You were not created to be deprived of anything. You were created to thrive, succeed, and achieve. That is why man is the only species who has the power of thought and reasoning. God has never left man it is man who left God. For his presence is within us all. But we neglect to feel his divine presence. Instead we allow ourselves to be consumed with the mind and all of its negativity. It drives us, it guides us, and controls us.
This is the very essence of silence and mediation and why it is practiced, so that you may stop the noise, the voice that is within your mind. Can you sit quietly and no thought goes through your mind? Try it! I challenge you to do so. Sit quietly and have no thought not one single thought only silence. How long can you sit in silence? When you sit and think what are your thoughts? This is called being the watcher. Do not judge nor criticize just sit and listen to all the thoughts in your mind. Write them down keep a journal. Then look over what your mind had to say? Are these things true? Are these Godly thoughts? Positive thoughts? Write how you felt when u had these thoughts? Do you frown, is there tightness in your body? Does your mood change? If so, is it uplifting or do you become depressed? Start recognizing when and how you are being manipulated. Be not deceived! For thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever within you.

The Five Rites
There are five moves performed this technique is from the Shaman men of Tibet. They can be used by women as well. As I myself, tried the rites on Monday July 22,2013 here is what happened. The first move which twirling speeds up your vortex so afterwards I was dizzy. The second rite is used to help stimulate the 7 vortexes as well. While performing this move I began to sweat by the time I reached 5 and it became more difficult to continue but I completed the Rite along with the video. Rite number three which looked so simple just sit on my knees put hands behind the thighs and simply rock my head backwards and forward. By the time I did the first one I felt like throwing up but I continued and couldn't keep pace with the video. My movements slowed considerably. Rite four, this move further agitated me and I really felt like throwing and was perspiring as though I had already worked out for about 30 mins but it was only four minutes. I was exhausted and tired and barely able to continue by the time it was over. The last rite which is number five, I thought would be easiest since I have done yoga was more difficult because of my sensation to vomit. I felt a little sick but continued upon completion of the entire series of Rites. By the time I completed the last rite I could barely get up, I had very little strength, I could barely move my mats. I then proceeded to walk out doors since I was feeling so bad and sweating like crazy. Soon as I walked outdoors my spouse looked at me and said,"are you okay? You look very sick" I said, "No, I feel really really sick and feel like throwing up." I went back inside, I was really really sick, I could barely breathe, I felt like throwing up, I was fatigued so bad I could barely stand or walk. I went to sleep praying to God that is how bad I felt.
The next day, I decided I needed to find out further information on these Five Rites and what part of the system they affected. It seems the five rites activate the endocrine system. There are five glands associated withh the endocrine system. The glands and their functions are listed below.
Adrenal glands
Divided into 2 regions; secrete hormones that influence the body's metabolism, blood chemicals, and body characteristics, as well as influence the part of the nervous system that is involved in the response and defense against stress.
Hypothalamus
Activates and controls the part of the nervous system that controls involuntary body functions, the hormonal system, and many body functions, such as regulating sleep and stimulating appetite.
Ovaries and testicles
Secrete hormones that influence female and male characteristics, respectively.
Pancreas
Secretes a hormone (insulin) that controls the use of glucose by the body.
Parathyroid glands
Secrete a hormone that maintains the calcium level in the blood.
Pineal body
Involved with daily biological cycles.
Pituitary gland
Produces a number of different hormones that influence various other endocrine glands.
Thymus gland
Plays a role in the body's immune system.
Thyroid gland
Produces hormones that stimulate body heat production, bone growth, and the body's metabolism.
After reading all this I decided to see if this was related to Diabetes since I'm high risk for Diabetes. Turns out yes, these glands do correlate with Diabetes. I've made a doctor appointment to get all my bloodwork and check on my status or Diabetes since I'm back at 200lbs. These Rites revealed just how sick I may be. I was suprised to get so sick from five simple movements. I watched the video first and I saw how simple they were and then I tried them. These five movements are no joke so do not take them lightly. I should be posting soon on the results of my lab.I knew after performing the Rites, I was in serious trouble with my health. So, now I'm serious more than every to get back started on losing weight and focusing on my health. Today, I asked myself, "Do you want to live or Die?" My response to myself was, "NO" then my self said to me, "Then why are you sitting around knowing your risk knowing that you are killing yourself? Get up and get back started before you are no longer here with you kids? Do you really want to be sick? Yea, you might have to start over but you knew that when you got off track. So, get up and do something about your health before it is too late!"
Here is the video of the Five Rites also known as The Eye Of Revelation
DAY 1
I work nights so that is when I started to gain weight. Now, I must fight to get my health back. First, I have a membership Gaim TV so I have access to any workout video I need. Secondly, I decided it is time to change the way I think so I started listening to my weightloss hypnosis. In order to gain better benefits, I decided to make a slideshow with lots of pictures of exercise motivational quotes, exercise pictures, health and vitality statements. I play the slideshow on my TV from my IPAD using AT&T enabled app services. This morning I exercised 12mins since my back started hurting. After work this morning, I took a walk with my daughter for at least 45 mins. After going to sleep, I got up and I walked 10mins. Afterwards, I became very sick again. I've started back on my weightloss shakes so I'm not sure if its because I haven't eaten but it's time I get a check up to see if I'm diabetic or if my cholesterol is high I must get my blood work done. So that is on my list of things to do tomorrow is to make a doctor appointment and make a visit to chiropractor to find out what is going on with my back. Wish me Luck!
STARTING OVER AGAIN
Well, after some tough challenges I've gained my weight back. So, I'm starting over.
It's been extremely difficult this time to get started. I hurt my leg and I've had problems with trying to get back into the game of exercise. But now, I have a full clearance and I'm ready to get back to having my health back in shape and being happy again. I've found a group of women to walk with at White Rock Lake which is my favorite place to walk. So, I should enjoy this adventure. I'm tired of how I feel about myself and not being able to wear anything nice anymore. So its, time to chop away at these pounds little by little till it's all gone again.

Working Put based on your Personality
Very very informative Article
Do you often feel that you just need always that extra kick in the ass to get yourself movin? Like almost each time you go exercising, is it always a little battle to get started..? Don’t worry, most of us have this issue at least sometimes! : )
IF you have it more than just sometimes, you want to read this post carefully..
You don’t need to keep the situation like that for long anymore as it may be that the lack of motivation you’ve had so far, or the lack of enthusiasm, can be because your personality and your current forms and ways of exercising don’t match perfectly. But they COULD match, and that match would produce the best results as it would keep you the most motivated exerciser ever.
So what’s your most controlling personality feature at the moment?
Morning person?
Night person?
Impulsive?
Social?
Coach potato?
Stressed?
Ambitious and busy?
Family person?
Peaceful?
Wild and adventurous?
Loving and needing lots of “me” time?
These are just some examples of features in one’s personality; most likely you will have more than one of these features in you. And there are also tons of other features not mentioned in here.
For now just choose something that describes you at this precise moment the MOST. If you need to have more than one, then choose more than one features that describe you the most AT THIS TIME.
We will focus on the above personality features and find out how you can motivate yourself to get up and get movin, based on each of the listed personality types.
Morning person
If you easily wake up early, and love waking up early and are most productive and energetic in the mornings – you can lengthen your day with yet about 1-2 hours and get even more out of the morning.
Go do your exercising always in the morning, or at least, as many times per week as you possibly can. This will make your mornings, and whole days, even better and you will feel yet more productive. Simply wake up an hour before you usually do and get movin! Go do early morning running or jogging in some empty parks, streets or forest paths. Or go for an early long walk with your dog. Or go to gym, cycling or swimming or whatever you want to do.
Morning persons also often like the feeling of competition. So come up with all kinds of challenges to yourself while exercising to keep your motivation on, for example create certain time, speed and endurance goals to spice up your workout. Maybe you want to have a goal of participating in half marathons twice a year or something.
Night person
Think it like this; it’s better late than never to go exercising! So if you have hard times to do your workouts at any time before late afternoon or evening, even late evening – then never mind about it! Do it when you have the best time of the day to do it, even if it’s evening! BUT don’t give up and quit exercising if it always goes late. Just do it late then.
Keep your motivation on by choosing the best times to exercise during late afternoon or evening. Forget about some warnings about too late exercising, as long as you can get started at least like 8PM-9PM, you’re good to go and not jeopardizing your sleep or anything.
For example gyms, group exercising and games, running, jogging, swimming etc are good forms to do in the evening. If your fitness club or gym is open late, like till 10PM or 11PM, take advantage of this and go there instead of watching tv all night long! If you have kids – how about doing your workout after they’ve gone sleeping. Or get some effective workout equipment to your home and do it there.
Impulsive
If you’re impulsive, effervescent persona, on top of your game, full of energy and drive, doing quick decisions and moves, then don’t think about if you have time for exercising or not – just do it at the most convenient time of the day.
An impulsive person is usually good at making quick moves and decisions and so you don’t need to think about doing your workouts for too much. You can just do it at whatever time happens to suit you in a short notice.
However, you should have a basic plan for your weekly workouts. Otherwise you may miss some workouts; so at least have a very basic plan of how many times per week you will do your workouts. Then stick to it.
Choose some forms of exercising you can do spontaneously whenever you have time like running or jogging, cycling, gyms and so on. You probably will also love fast exercises and sports like team sports. You could keep your workout clothes with you at work and wherever as you never know when you get a chance to go exercising. Also good workout equipment such as spinning bike or treadmill at home will help you do spontaneous tough exercising whenever. Or how about taking advantage of your way to work; in a beautiful day run or jog to the office little bit early, then shower and get ready there for the work day (if this is possible and you have showers there).
Social butterfly
All social butterflies out there who most of the time enjoy being around other people and friends…! Find a workout buddy; go exercising together with your friend/s! Just make sure you will do as tough exercising as possible instead of talking too much all the time. : )
However, remember that any exercising and moving is better than none. So if you happen to have compelling conversations sometimes and the workout efficiency suffers occasionally because of this, never mind about it! It’s equally important that you have fun and enjoyable time as then you can’t wait for the next time and will be able to motivate yourself a lot.
As a social person you should take your friend to a gym or fitness club, or running path or maybe mountain biking, or anything similar, instead of heading to the coffee shop. How about going to the coffee shop afterwards…?? It’s gonna be then really enjoyable and rewarding. It is also a good way to ensure you will stick to your exercising plans if you have a workout buddy; you don’t wanna be the one who always calls and makes changes to that plan. And, remember that any team and group exercising forms can be really enjoyable for you and you can get new friends there too.
Coach potato
Most of us are lazy coach potatoes every now and then – some of us little more often… For some of us, it has become a way of living. This can be more “lasting” mindset or seasonal too and related to any mental issues and stress and rush.
Many of us try to explain that we don’t have “time” to go exercising – I think all of us do this every now and then. Some of us all the time. Well, that IS 100% EXCUSE, and a ridiculous one. Also seriously unhealthy one. At any given day, you have 100% certainly time to do at least some exercising for even 10 or 15 minutes if not more. And most of the days during the week, you 100% certainly DO have time to go exercising more seriously at least for 1 hr. If it feels you don’t, it’s a matter of lack of motivation and planning.
If this is a serious issue and no self-motivation seems to help enough, the best idea to solve it is to get a personal trainer who will kick you in the ass if you have start get sloppy and lazy regarding your weekly/daily workout plan. A personal trainer will help you to create a perfect workout program as well as reach your fitness and weight goals.
If this is only a question of lack of motivation and time management, then how about for example getting some extra help at home like hire a baby sitter or a house cleaner, or, if you love dogs and have been planning on getting one then get it now and enjoy good daily exercising with your pet, or get a membership to an exclusive fitness club, choose any enjoyable and fun looking form of exercising you can think of and start doing it, get together with your friends and go exercising, or “trick” yourself exercising by switching any daily things to some form of exercising.
Clear timetables in exercising such as in any group exercising at fitness clubs, or personal trainer, good workout buddy, or any form of really fun exercising such dancing, aerobics, roller skating etc can be a perfect solution for you!
Other good idea is also to simply just switch any not-so-active things in your every-day life to their more active opposites; for example choose the stairs instead of elevator. If you happen to live in a tall building and on top floors, then there’s your perfect opportunity to build up your stamina and fitness levels and get slimmer; climb the stairs several times a day!
Stressed
Are you so busy at work at the moment that you feel like losing control of the time because feeling like having no time at all to anything else other than work – or are you otherwise in a stressful situation in your life? I know from personal experience that whichever is the situation, it can be tough to get yourself motivated in doing exercising.
BUT, think of exercising as a vital break from it all! See it as a vitally important break from any stressful situation that will help you get more control over your life and start feeling stronger, clearer and better. As that is what exercising in these kinds of situations truly is. You will only get to experience this liberating, good feeling once you are you are able to kick yourself in the ass and get to the gym or jogging path, cycling, mountain biking, swimming etc. But after you’ve gone there, you will experience this feeling and realize immediately that you made the right choice. Exercising in stressful, tough situation will help you start feeling better, looking better and get control of the situation.
You are probably used to plan things carefully and effectively and to the detail (as most likely you’re a perfection seeker at least at some extent), so use this great feature to your advantage also with exercising. As long as you just make the decision to start regular exercising, you are certainly able to create a workout plan equally effectively.
Choose forms of exercising that are a great balance to your stress; jogging, running, cycling etc in the nature, pilates, yoga, dancing, or 5 star fitness club membership and so on. You could also choose activities that are always at certain time, like group exercising in gyms or fitness clubs. Also exercising which takes you to a certain place like running or cycling is good, and exercising with a partner.
There are always ways to make room for exercising each day; any comment in contradiction to this is not true. For example how about making a weekly priority list and including exercising at the top? It certainly is a priority as it keeps you healthy. Put your exercising times also to your calendar in advance, plan whole week’s exercising like this. And stick to it! Or how about doing some of your works or studying at the gym while working out…? This can be easily done while using a spinning bike. Or, one of the most effective way is this; simply just run or cycle to your work place if that is possible, instead of taking a car always.
Ambitious, busy and full of motivation to succeed?
If you’re a busy and motivated business woman on top of your game or just busy and motivated person making your ambitious goals and dreams come true; don’t forget about exercising! Even if it seemed like you have currently no extra time to do it as your way too busy in building your success business or career day in and out.
You want to look and feel as good and most attractive possible when you reach the top and stay there!
Use your ambitious motivation and successful energy to get yourself exercising regularly each week, like bi-daily if not daily. Think about like this; you’re making your goals come true and going to succeed – so you wanna also look and feel your very best and most attractive and be healthy when you reach the top, and also all the way there.
In addition to this, exercising is also a form of relaxation and will give you very much needed break from your hectic days. It will help you relax, and get any stress levels down. At the same time it will keep you healthier and make you more toned, leaner and attractive!
Choose exercising forms that you absolutely love doing – as this will keep you motivated to find time for them from your daily schedules. Also keep them challenging enough. Set high enough fitness and weight goals and do really effective, intensive workouts. You most likely enjoy more intensive and demanding forms of exercising, both in cardio and gym exercising, at least a couple of times per week. Then for the rest of days, you could choose some more relaxing forms like yoga or pilates or peaceful jogging.
Family person?
Think about it like this; have some quality me-time for a change every once in the while as that gives you more energy, keeps you healthy and fit, helps you get slimmer and more toned and also helps you stay in control of yourself! So it is NOT wasted time and you do NOT under any circumstances need to feel guilty because of having some me-time and going exercising by yourself or with your friends. Exercising does take some time from your life, BUT it keeps you healthy and happier parent – so arrange time for effective exercising at least couple of times per week.
You have plenty of exercising buddies right there at your home too. You can do plenty of activities with your kids and together as a whole family. Or how about trying some parent-kid sports groups at any sports clubs? One of the easiest ways of doing exercising when you have small kids is also going to a well-equipped gym or fitness club where there are baby sitters and room for kids too. You can leave kids there for an hour or two and go exercising. Also any exercising that can involve your kids or flexible exercising that can be easily done at any time of the day can be good choices for you.
You can get creative too… How about forming some personal “sports club” with your friends’ families? How about jogging instead of walking when out with baby strollers? How about going jogging or running together with your kids? How about getting simply a baby sitter and then going exercising?
Peaceful?
If you’re more the quiet and peaceful type and don’t like about hassle that much – there’s still so many forms of exercising for you to try! If you don’t want intensive, super tough workouts, then do the peaceful ones that still are proven to bring you excellent fitness results.
There are for example pilates and yoga and their many variations, as well as dancing, walking, peaceful cycling and swimming in the lake, river or ocean…
There’s no need to stop exercising or stay on the coach and get unmotivated, because of thinking that the quieter, more peaceful forms of workout wouldn’t bring you any results anyway so you just quit doing it all together. If you don’t want to do intensive and tough workouts, then stick with the more peaceful ones! It’s that easy. For example all the above listed examples are still very effective and very relaxing forms of workout and will develop your body, make it more toned and help you get leaner. In fact with pilates and yoga alone, you’re able to develop some truly sexy muscles and body shape! (If done correctly in professional lessons.)
Wild and adventurous?
You need adventurous sports and exercising and some wild challenges! Don’t bore yourself with regular exercising options everybody else does everywhere; instead try extreme sports and some adventurous exercising in middle of nature. Also you most likely enjoy tough and intensive sports too that really challenges you and makes you almost “half dead” because being so tough. This is the way to keep yourself motivated. You can form your weekly workout program solely from these types sports. Then you can add in some special treats every once in the while, like extreme active travelling to some faraway exotic, wild places…
For example mountain biking, marathons (you need start training for half or whole marathon about 6 months before!), hiking, mountain climbing, all kinds of “super woman” competitions that require lots of hard training before participating and which happen outdoors and include various of different sports, long cycling trips we’re talking about those that can take days, and so on…
You will probably also like the idea of extreme sports and exotic travelling mixed together. There are plenty of 5-star travelling agencies that offer active extreme travelling to most exotic locations in the world, to wilderness, safaris, jungle, desert, ancient places, you name it…. You can add in luxury if you want, or then you can go really extreme and go camping while in your extreme trip abroad. Your trip will include some truly challenging and adventurous activities in middle of most gorgeous, wild locations in the world, such as hiking, mountain climbing, mountain biking, canoeing, cycling and so on.
http://www.dliciouslifestylediet.com/get-the-basics-of-your-workout-done-based-on-your-personality/
How I treated my low iron condition
I did take Pur-Absorb for my Iron and it changed my life. Iron pills had me so sick and constipated. With Pur-Absorb I felt no side effects or anything. It has been months since I've suffered with any low iron conditions. So if you have low iron I would tell your doctor a a out Pur-Absorb. My doctor and I discussed it and she wanted me to try it and report the results. She was so surprised. I explained it was simply a water packet and you drink it.
What is the source of Pur-Absorb?
pur-Absorb Iron is a naturally occurring iron rich spring water which is collected and packed straight from the iron rich waters of the Trefriw Wells Spa located in the heart of Snowdonia, North Wales, United Kingdom. It is collected, filtered for bacteria, and then filled into convenient, easy-to-open packets.
At no stage is anything added to the water to effect its natural composition. This means you don’t have to worry about other ingredients causing adverse reactions or complications.
For two hundred years the iron-rich waters of Trefriw Wells Spa Wales have been bottled and used by people around the world as a natural iron supplement.
Today the water from Trefriw Wells is known as pur-Absorb Iron and is used daily by millions to help maintain healthy iron levels.

Starting All Over Again!!! Feb 2013
Things happen and we fall down but it's how we get back up is what makes the difference. I gained my weight back due to illness this time. I suffered a lot of injuries the year before and last year. During both the year of 2011 and 2012 I fell many times. My balance is off and my ankles will crack when I try to run and it's the worst pain ever when it occurs its so bad it usually takes me straight to the ground. Seems I've suffered quiet a few fractures. Last year I was on crutches and then I continued to feel weak my blood work revealed that I had low iron and it was really bad. It caused me to overeat since I was feeling so bad. Suddenly 2013 rolls in and I feel a lot better.
